This quick tutorial will show you how to quickly and easily transfer your Domain Name to a new owner.

Please note that this tutorial only covers transferring ownership from one GoDaddy.com account to another GoDaddy.com account

Before you begin, you will need the following information from the new owner:

Account ID #: (usually an 8 digit number)
Email: (the email associated with their account)

STEP 1: Login into your GoDaddy.com Account

STEP 2: Select Domain Management

STEP 3: Select Domain Manager

STEP 4: Select Domain Name To Be Transferred AND Account Change

STEP 5: Complete The Form With New Owners Information
Make Sure To Select: “Do Not Change” under Domains Contact Information. Also, if the Nameserver information is remaining the same, be sure to select “Keep the current nameservers for these domains”

STEP 6: Select Finish

STEP 7: Select OK To Complete

Congratulations! You have successfully transferred a domain name to another owner!
